Our limited release collaboration with Blue Jay Brewing, also located in the Midtown neighborhood in St. Louis, is a cold IPA with a rice cereal mash and heavily hopped with Trident, Strata, and El Dorado in the whirlpool. Cold IPAs are fermented at colder temps with a lager yeast. This cold IPA is a very drinkable beer!
