Amy, our Production Manager, brings you the first of four in our series of small-batch, fruited Berliner Weiss' brewed by a different UCBC team member. “My favorite drink as a kid was a Cherry Limeade Slush from Sonic, so I wanted to try and recreate that flavor but using raspberry instead. I love how it turned out – tart and lots of raspberry flavor up front with lime coming through at the back end.”
