Beer Donation and Auction Item Request Form
UCBC is dedicated to brewing high-quality beer and supporting the local nonprofit community. We receive a large number of donation requests and unfortunately, as much as we’d like to, we can not support every event.
Please note, 501(c)3 organizations are given priority with donation requests.
Please submit your request with at least 4 weeks notice before the event date.
Looking to apply for our Steins for Support program?
Tuesdays from 5-8pm, we donate 20% of our sales at our Midtown location to the featured charity. Click here for more information and to apply.
What are you requesting the donation for?
Depending on our prior not-for-profit donation commitments we may be able to offer up to a maximum of two 1/6 barrel kegs, about 60 12oz pours per keg, or up to 3 cases of beer per event – more kegs or bottled beer may be purchased at a discounted price
