Vinars Da Gervosa #719: STLIPA Bierbrand

The second release in The Spirit of the Brewmaster Series, a collaboration between Edelbrand Pure Distilling and Urban Chestnut Brewing Company, St. Louis, Missouri. This limited production spirit is slowly double distilled from UCBC's finished STLIPA Imperial Pale Ale in 12- and 18-gal copper pot stills, cold infused with a Citra hop, and then rested in glass.

Vinars Da Gervosa Bierbrands are European-styled brandies distilled using centuries-old Swiss-Romanisch single-batch distilling methods. Enjoy in the traditional style sipped as an after-dinner drink or in cocktails to add fresh citrus and floral notes on the palate and grassy hop notes on the nose.

This spirit showcases grapefruit, pine, and floral hop aroma with noticeable malt to balance hop influence. Distilled from barley malt, hops, and cane sugar mash with a cold infusion of citra hops.

Floral on the nose, crisp and fresh on the palate.
