Our Favorite Michelada Recipe:

Ingredients:Tajín3 oz fresh lime juice (reserve half of a juiced lime for the rim)2.5 tsp Valentina hot sauce1.25 tsp Worchestershire16oz can of your favorite Mexican Lager (we prefer Castaña Urbana, of course!)Directions:Pour some Tajín in a small shallow dish. Rim your glass with the reserved cut lime. Dip the rim in the Tajín and set right side up.Add the lime juice, hot sauce, and Worchestershire sauce to a glass. Add a pinch of salt and fill the glass with ice. Top with beer. Serve with remaining beer, topping up as you drink.
