Starting on Friday 7/26, we will have three new sour beer flavors that we would love for you to taste and leave feedback. Each beer was fermented with a different yeast variety, highlighting different levels of tartness and sweetness. Come tell us what you think, and help us decide the future of our sour beer portfolio.

The Urban Research Brewery
Or as we like to call it, “The U.R.B.”! Located in the front room of the Grove Brewery & Bierhall, the U.R.B. is where we collect feedback on new biers or beverages we’re developing. Each month we release a new flight of three survey biers, and ask guests to scan a QR code to fill out the survey and tell us what you think! The U.R.B. is also featuring two rotating, house-made cocktails on tap. Bring your friends, family, or make the U.R.B. your next destination for a unique date night!

The U.R.B. space is open during all Grove Brewery & Bierhall hours for guests to watch a game on the TVs or just sit and enjoy their food or drinks, but survey biers and draft cocktails are available for purchase only during the following times:
Fridays 5pm-10pm
Saturdays 12pm-10pm
